Texas Auto Direct or Vroom online is the worst company i have ever dealt with in any industry. EVER. I went to trade a car. I was told the car would be traded. Their salesman instead stole the trade. It was recovered in Euless TX June 13th. They are crooks. My car I was approved for is 42,000 I’ve paid on time for 4 months and my balance is STILL $42,000. I can’t trade it because the car is worth $19,000….AND I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT!!! They are unprosecuted robbers!! More

My ex husband negotiated the purchase of a vehicle for our teen. The vehicle came with only one key, and no owners manual. It has now been more than two months and the vehicle still has temporary plates. our teen. The vehicle came with only one key, and no owners manual. It has now been more than two months and the vehicle still has temporary plates. No one can tell me when the permanent plates will come in. Selling a car with only one key and no owners manual felt pretty shady, but now this business with not getting the plates taken care of, and not giving any information on timing of the permanent plates seems even weirder. I know cars are pricey right now and most of us are going to look for the best deal possible. In retrospect I wonder whether it would have been worth paying a bit more to work with a more reputable business, and end up with two keys, an owners manual, and a permanent plate. The whole experience just feels off to me. I would not do business with them again. More
