Well jordan Vigos hooked me up like a tow truck and got the deal done for msrp. I was happier than a butchers dog. Jordan also followed through to make sure I got all my paperwork correctly in a timely manner. This was my first time buying from lhm and it went much better than anticipated. 6 out of 5 stars. First time a dealer has impressed me with lowering a price when they didn’t have too.

I primarily dealt with Dean Betz and he was everything you want your sales rep to be during the entire experience. He was very personal, professional, and did everything he said he would. The negotiations were straight forward (no games) throughout the whole process. He seriously went above and beyond, while making everything comfortable and it made me feel just great (no buyer remorse here, I am thrilled) that I got a great car and at a great price, AND received awesome service deals to boot. Wish there was a way to give negative stars... Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had at a dealership. Purchased a vehicle there a year ago and it was absolutely the biggest mistake of my life. The truck "came with" additional warranties" and "care packages" that I wasn't even told about until after I signed the contract. That added a nice chunk of change to the sale price. Not to mention they messed up the initial contract and told me it would cost me even more money to buy the vehicle (after a month of owning it) this after they sold my car that I traded in. Now a year later I'm able to trade in my truck to Heritage of Tremonton ( BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!) and request a refund on the warranties and "packages" I didn't want in the first place. Spoke with the manager of the dealership to ensure I had all the proper paperwork. When I arrived to the dealership the financial advisor told me I didn't have the proper paperwork and that it would be more of a hassle for him to process the refund. I even explained that I spoke with his manager and that he told me I had all of the correct paperwork. Weeks later I still haven't gotten anything back. Needless to say I'm not surprised. Unless you like throwing away your money or selling your soul, your first born and your dignity for a vehicle that you'll inevitably be upside down in, go anywhere but here!

Purchased a Truck from Justin at the end of December. There were some things that needed to be done on the truck to service the "E" Brake light and a very squeaky door hinge. They gave me a "We owe" to fix the parts on them. Took the truck into service about a week later for them to actually find out what was wrong. They did. Was told the parts would be ordered and I would be notified when in to get it done. That has NEVER happened. Period. Its now almost May and I cannot reach Katelyn in service despite my many many attempts to do so. I've talked to her directly once and she told me she would call me back. That was over a month ago (March 15th). I have done the online chat, called the actual store and given my name and phone number to many people who work here and promised "We will call you or email you here soon" Nothing. Radio silence from everyone. How hard is this? If parts are backordered, fine, at least call your customers to let them know what is happening. I work in the industry so I know how this all works. When everything here is said and done, I will never return.

Bought a 2015 ford edge from this dealership. At 95,000 miles the engines is going out. I got a forever warranty that somehow expired at 82,00 miles. Now I am stick with a giant paperweight because I cannot afford the repairs. Worst purchase of my life and would never purchase another ford as long as I live.

Lost Drivers License - Stuck in Utah

I left my drivers license lay on the console and it slid through a small opening between the dash and console of my F350. I needed my license for ID to fly home. Moab Ford’s service manager took the dash apart and retrieved my license that same morning and didn’t charge me a cent. I have driven Fords for most of my life and this is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
