Hello, I want to say how impressed I am with Ms. Denise Lewis, Cheseco, Joppa Store. I walked in not knowing anything about RVs. Denise greeted me with a smile and asked if she could be of assistanc Denise Lewis, Cheseco, Joppa Store. I walked in not knowing anything about RVs. Denise greeted me with a smile and asked if she could be of assistance. She explained the different classes of RVs. Once she explained the difference, she gave me a guided tour and pointed out those differences. She even went as far to explain a 5th Wheel. Something I had no clue about or the design of such an RV. Denise showed her skills as a multi-tasker. As the receptionist, she provided the tour and answered customer calls. Her attention to detail is beyond reproach. we picked up an RV and drove to Florida and back , not one problem at all !!! picking up the RV was as easy as possible, and returning it was even more easier, just drive it in hand them the keys and lea one problem at all !!! picking up the RV was as easy as possible, and returning it was even more easier, just drive it in hand them the keys and leave for home . The staff from from front door to financing could not have been nicer, and at one point even wanted to get me lunch while we worked on the paperwork ! Now that's service, and I should have taken them up on lunch but thats another story, If your in the market looking for RV's this is the place to go , no hassle what so ever,,,,,, Thasnks folks for all your help on this one More

My first impression was not good, no one responded to my request for information. Decided to take a trip to the dealership. So glad I did.
