In the past, this dealership had A1 service with fixing my vehicle. This time around is horrible. My truck has been sitting nearly a month and they can’t get me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to wo my vehicle. This time around is horrible. My truck has been sitting nearly a month and they can’t get me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work. One lady lies about why they can’t give me one…….another guy makes up another story. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this place and all of a sudden, the service has went up in smoke. The manager kept saying to me “If I have one I would give you one.” It’s been a WHOlE month and not one loaner vehicle is available. Unbelievable!!!! More
Purchased a used 2019 Buick Encore on 10/31/22 Guess with it being Halloween I should have known I'd get tricked. Inspected car in the rain and missed curb rash on the right front wheel. Someone at the dealership should have seen it and with full disclosure pointed out the slight damage or better yet, repaired it before it was delivered. Now I know why I had to sign an acknowledgement they owed me nothing more since it was used. Our salesman Michael B. was excellent and accommodating. My issue is with the used car department. Guess this dealership's motto is "buyer beware". More

Despite our phone agreement when I got there after driving for 40miles one way they unapologetically declined my offer even without giving a possible offer only ultimatum. BAIT and SWITCH! ! Have been going to Wagner for more than 30 years, the dealer was sold to Cardinal. Been going to Cardinal for quite some time. New turn over of s ! Went there today for oil change. Had a set price for oil change. Service doubled the price of what oil change was supposed to cost. Also very rude. Not the GREAT SERVICE that used to be!! Going some where else!! More
Yukon was a piece of xxxx. Every service light was on, every check engine light was on, running on 6 cylinders, none of this was told to me by 4 different sales people over the phone.
