Very professional and knowledgeable. Salesman (adam) was great. Highly recommended. Went from walking in ton ook at cars to buying a car I'm very happy with. Felt no oressure. Salesman explained trim levels amd features of each and availability of each and each color. Once I decided on car the financing part was easy and quick. The whole process seemed fast and easy thanks to Adam and Billy the manager there.

My daughters car has been in the service department for almost 2 months-yes-2 months. It was supposed to be ready today. They keep finding stuff wrong. They have offered a multitude of excuses. After two months, it’s poor management. I try to always keep a positive mindset, but the reality is this place’s service department sucks!

The salesperson was easy going and didn't try to hard sell me on a car. Their prices were fair according to Carfax and you can read the full Carfax report online for the cars they sell. The only drawback is when I showed an interest in a car other than the one I came to see (it was much cheaper) he didn't follow up to see if it was available. I might have bought it if he had.

I'm embarrassed to say that this weekend I made my 24th car purchase. That's a lot of cars for one person to buy in their lifetime, but it does give me a vast amount of experience dealing with a wide array of car dealerships. Trust me when I say the Friendship Hyundai of Johnson City is one of the few great ones. We had just left another dealership where I was treated rather poorly with a classic bait and switch tactic to get me into the dealership. We called Friendship ahead of time on our drive there and talked to our salesman, Scotty. He had the car we were interested in waiting for us when we arrived and walked us through our options. The great thing about this dealership is that they don't work on commission, so the prices are set and the only thing to work is dealer incentives and financing. Scotty worked hard to get me every rebate and incentive that was available and even got me a better deal on financing than my bank I work for got me. The whole sales process was quick and extremely painless. We worked with Adam from finance, and that process, which is normally long and painful, was also quick and painless, Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at Friendship. The whole staff is friendly, and even more importantly, they are honest and transparent. I'm a loyal customer when I find a great business, and I definitely see myself buying from Friendship Hyundai again in the future. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a car. Thanks for the great experience, and keep up the great work!

The general manager was extremely rude and not to just us customers, but also to the salesman’s.. I have heard rumors about how she was treating her coworkers, and I have personally seen it on different occasions. No wonder they quit so frequently out there! Charity, the general manager, has also took away the salesman’s commissions they had earned for selling the vehicles, and that’s all facts!! She also just fires the salesman’s if they try to take up for themselves when she’s going off on them for no reason! She is Very Unprofessional, and should not be by ANY means a general manager!!!! The best salesman’s I had EVER dealt with was Brian Cosby hands down, and now that he’s not there anymore, I’ll take my business elsewhere!!
