I scheduled a maintenance appointment for a broken trunk lock. In the 14-point safety inspection, they uncovered a dangerous condition in my front wheel. They offered to correct it for a very reasonable price, and did so. They were efficient, effective, courteous, and seemed very customer-oriented.
