I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

My steering had an issue, Priority had an apt in a month, Checkered Flag had an apt in Jan 2023! I called Hall and had only three days to wait for an apt. Took the car in, got it fixed, got a free inspection and had my car by noon that same day!! WOW! Courteous employees, the best service experience I have ever had since I moved to VA in 1980. I will never bring my car to any other dealer-ever. I was so pleased to know that good dealers and cheerful, helpful employees still exist.

Colonial Hyundai and Hyundai in general is one of the worst car companies I’ve ever dealt with. My Hyundai Tucson has been in the service department since March of 2021 to get the engine replaced on it and it STILL hasn’t been fixed! They gave me a downgrade of a rental car to drive and I was made to believe by the service worker (Kimberly) who is over my car that I would have my Tucson fixed in a couple weeks. Since then all I have gotten is nothing but LIES from her and the service department! They recently told me that it could take between the middle of July towards the beginning of August until my car is completed, which is utterly ridiculous! I’ve had 3 case mangers since then trying to work on my behalf and they’ve checked for updates and some how can’t really do anything to get my Tucson fixed any sooner. What’s even more disappointing is that Hyundai will not take full responsibility for their wrong doing! I called to speak to the General Manager (Talal) of sales to discuss other options. I was suppose to meet with him last Saturday but had another obligation to come up and could not make it. I called to let him know and did not receive a call back. So I called again today so I could see when I could meet with him next but he wasn’t there. I left my contact information for him to call me back but I’ve noticed over time they will not call you back so you have to keep calling. As a customer, I’ve been treated like crap and as if my concerns don’t matter! They really could care less! Hyundai is an absolutely awful company!!!

Daughter just picked up her new Tucson Hybrid . George in sales was very helpful. Delivery was easy fun and very relaxing . I do have more than a few years experience with dealer operation and being her job keeps her very busy did most of the footwork . Was open helpful and on top of things . Daughter thoroughly enjoyed the process , as much as anyone can doing the paperwork but was relaxing , easy and very well explained . Seemed to be a very good attitude in showroom. Very relaxed light and fun. Never felt pressured , rushed and all seem genuinely wanting to help. Met Melissa the service Manager and made sure my daughter knew to reach out with any questions or concerns . We thank you all for great service and thank you George for a great experience.

We found a car online and it was at Fairfax Hyundai and I spoke to a salesman named John McMillan. John was very honest and professional and had the vehicle detailed and ready for us to look at. We sat down to talk numbers and the dealership didn’t squabble or do the typical dealership practices and gave us a fair price right out of the gate and had us out the building with our new car in about 2 hours. One of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. We would love to do business with them again. I would recommend Fairfax Hyundai to anyone.

Starting with the first salesman when asked about test drive sure let’s drive around the lot. Then doesn’t call back , so can put down deposit so second salesman place deposit over phone . No follow up calls update while waiting so call to get update , another sales answers ask for seconds contact info they say I can help. Talk about place on wait list and explain when place deposit they notify Hyundai of order , they build then ship to dealer, interesting. Ask for seconds contact info again oh just call me and gives their name and number . Luckily competitor gets vehicle first so purchase there. Deposit refundable for any reason call on Thursday ,have to have finance manager process they will take care of it . Monday card company has nothing in process so call again. They tell us takes few days to show, yes we know this but has been 5 days oh woops we will,process now . Fiasco start to finish , unprofessional, inept and no concern for customer. Glad found a competitor that sales was very professional , called with update and walked us thru process easily . Recommend stay clear of this nightmare .

I bought a brand new 2023 Santa Cruz in October. Here it is a month later and my engine over heats. When I went in they informed me that I can’t get a rental until they diagnose it, which could take 2 weeks. Then told me that even if they had rentals I couldn’t get one and that there is a waiting list. They told me that there are people waiting who is having engine issues. So if your looking to buy a Hyundai and one from this dealership here is your warning before you buy. Apparently there are so many car issues that they don’t have rentals to give out. I’m really saddened by this. This is my first time buying a brand new car and this is my experience.

My friend and I got my car towed to Wright Way and what they found was nothing related to what I was originally quoted for. Even though I have been mainly using Wright Way for the maintenance, I had this idea in back of my head that dealership service departments were crooks. I am going to be honest, I was wrong with this specific dealership. I highly recommend the service department and plan on going back with the maintenance for my car.

Purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Venue from Duncan in May of 2020, after 15k miles, the transmission failed while in traveling for vacation. It cost me $800 to get home from where the vehicle failed. Contacted Duncan to see if they could help me navigate the Hyundai roadside assistance reimbursement bureaucracy. I was told that Duncan could not provide any assistance, and that dealership would not help in anyway to help me recovery my losses due to the vehicle they sold me failing. DUNCAN never again - just a load of hot air.

Your Hyundai service team. From the very start your appointment coordinator was patience and helpful as we booked our vehicle for service. Left me give a little background. We are from Nee Hampshire and my daughter has moved to Danville Va. She has been there several months and this past week we drove her car to her as she has a new job that has training in Smithfield VA. the 2nd day in Virginia the check engine light came on. We called for an appt. The lady who answered was lovely, helpful. She even called the day before to remind us of the appt. this is how it should be!! Our appt was for 930am on a Thursday by 11:30am the service department had called us with an update. Seriously!! A dealership that gets the car in for the appt time its scheduled and calls you with an update and does not make it so you have to call back!!!! :) Many calls back and forth from this anxious mom leaving. Wanting to make sure her daughter will he safe. Every single time we were made to feel like we were the only and most impotent customer at the moment. I am beyond thrilled to have a working relationship with your service department and feel incredibly confident that in the future as my daughter brings it in for service that she and her vehicle will be looked out for. Truly an exceptional experience! How often can we say that about " going to the auto place"... again thank you. I am writing this even why we are on the road back to New Hampshire because it is one of the things that will comfort me in having her be away from us. Thank you again, sincerely Heidi
