Jake has sold us our families last 3 vehicles and is always pleasant to work with. After getting in an accident unexpectedly and having unplanned stress if trying to find a vehicle in a difficult market, we checked several dealerships and as always. Came back to Van Horn. We worked with Jake again and he made the entire process as stress free as possible. He is our guy and not that we hope to need another vehicle any time soon, we will definitely be back if we need and recommend Van Horn to our friends and family!

I'm trying to find all of the places to leave a good review of this dealership. I've honestly never had such a good experience and I can't imagine I'll be going elsewhere in the future. There were no high pressure tactics and they were more than willing to work with me every step of the way. Seriously can't recommend this dealership enough. Even if you're not set on buying anything, check them out. They will work with you every step of the way.

Responsible for hiring/training/promoting/building solid teams anywhere from 8-300+ people. I have bought 5 or more of my cars over the years including my current car from Kocourek. Each one with a different salesperson. - but not anymore - only 1 for me. I bought my new to me Subaru from Sales Consultant - Logan Doiel. Dealership was well kept and sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Although inventory was super low. Second time I went to look at a vehicle on the lot, it couldn't be driven due to pre delivery inspection not being completed.
