I had been looking for another vehicle for about a year and preparing for my purchase. I found the car on Carvana and the listing was at Jackie Cooper Infiniti. Actually ready to purchase but not liking dealing with a pushy salesman as I was looking for the car on the lot a salesman approach me and asked what I was looking for and I told my story. That salesman was Darryl Sword and he was very helpful in showing me what they had on the lot and what was expected to be arriving soon. When we found the car online that I had interest in purchasing he went to locate my car. Darryl made the process painless and was exceptionally patient, attentive and made my experience without any pressure and provided me with a remarkable experience. I have always used this dealership when servicing my two other infiniti vehicles and they always gave me the use of a loaner.
