Total disappointed... leased a car in February, vehicle has been in shop close to a total of 2 months! Once from Aug 24th thur Sept 23rd. because a tech from Tennessee had to come and see if he could find problem, to no avail. We have around 4000 miles on car. I stop by to see what to do next, they said bring the car in we'll take care of our customers cause were family!!! Take car in and they say to get you out of this car, we need 5k to keep you close to your payment of $635.00. but now your payment will be $785.00. With zero down payments $1004.00... Some family!!! Bottom line is they're trying to sell me a car again instead of solving my problem! Next step...we file Lemon Law claim!!! Also taking it to social media... We're in club with 900 plus members all over U.S. I'm sure I can get a helping hand on spreading the word!!! ON A POSITIVE NOTE: Omar Chinchilla in service has been outstanding in trying to solve our problem.
