Traded in an 06 Kia Sorento on 9/27/08 and purchased a new 08 Kia Sorento. By mid-October they had not paid off my trade-in so I started trying to contact them - with absolutely no luck. Each time I was able to get a live person they transfered me to a voice mail. On November 17 went to the dealership and the lot is empty and all cars are gone! Classic Kia did not pay off my trade-in, did not process the title, pay tax or register my new car (or the trade-in they have sold already). They also didn't process or pay for the extended warranty or GAP insurance we purchased. I am stuck now with two loans - one on a car that I don't have possession of and the other on a car that is not registered or titled to me. This is a HUGE MESS!! Buz Post and Classic Kia have totally messed up my credit and turned my life upside down!

I took my Isuzu Rodeo in for some A/C work. The A/C would not blow cold when stopped in traffic or at red light. I told the rep I thought is was the low pressure switch not sending the signal to the compressor to kick on. The service rep told me that the tech. reported that the A/C compressor was out and would need to be replace at the cost of $1799.00 parts and labor. I paid for the analyzing of the vechicle and denied the service. I took the Rodeo to Christian Brothers Auto Repair. I told them the same thing. They fixed my Rodeo with ginuine Isuzu part purchased from you dealership. A power switch and the blower fan. The cost was $477.00. Big difference. A/C blows cold all the time now. It's been a month now and I enjoy my A/C and my cost savings of $1322.00. It's a shamed that I have to take my car to an auto repair center and not an Isuzu dealer to get my car fixed. I was always under the impression if you wanted it done right, you took it to the dealer. Best regards Lost Customer
