Johnny Manoviec was my service advisor and he has done a wonderful magnificent amazing job and has went above and beyond to help me and my wife with servicing my vehicle also his customer service skills are immaculate. Always has a great attitude and very respectful to me my wife and my youngest daughter. My name is Saji Latif, and Johnny has made my experience at Jaguar a great one I’d refer anybody to LandRover-Jaguar of Farmington Hills all because of Johnny and his amazing customer service skills as well as going above and beyond to service my vehicle to my satisfaction. Definitely an asset to the company, you just don’t find that combination too often anymore since this pandemic. That’s just great that you can get that type of service from someone like Johnny . I’ve also seen his skills working with other people before we were sent to him and he’s great to everybody and makes SURE that every customer is satisfied completely with their vehicle when driving off I’m just blown away with the outstanding customer service skills that young man has. Ted Sims the salesman also just amazing with finding the vehicle I wanted with great warranties just superb experience there at Jaguar land rover of Farmington hills. This is the only location you want to get your vehicle serviced at and go to. Honestly thanks guys

Jason Bigelow made one of the hardest days for me so much better. This is the anniversary of my husband's death. Garrett had many BMW cars. Jason has been there to fully listen and solve all the situations that we have had before Garrett died, during his many trips to Ann Arbor and after he died for me. Today Jason added the 2 X LED Logo lights and stem caps to my car, did a hand wash of the vehicle and would not let me be charged for this added service. The personnel in sales parts were though, quick and professional to work with. I am greatly relieved to have your team at Sharpe BMW.

I just purchased my first Jaguar! I specifically purchased an E-Pace. I had exceptional service from both Dale and Jon. I specifically want to thank Dale for his time, patience, and attention in making sure I was comfortable and new all the "bells & whistles" on my new Jag! I felt like I was the only one that existed in that Dealership when I picked up my Jag. Thank you all again!!!!!
