What a great dealership! The environment was so light and open, clean and calm. Very nice! Everyone I met with was pleasant and professional. My saleaperaon, Neal, made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable, and spent as much time with us as we liked. Most importantly, no hassle and no pushy sales techniques. A wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend!

I went in to look at an I-Pace but they didn’t have one - MSalem

I went in to look at an I-Pace but they didn’t have one in stock. I spoke with Tomera and she was outstanding! She followed up with me to let me know they were expecting one to come in and she stayed in touch and addressed all my questions. She made sure to let me know when it came in and was extremely helpful and courteous. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car (for reasons that had nothing to do with the dealership), I would recommend doing business here and ask for Tomera!

Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.
