my wife and I bought our cars at Napletons a few years ago and recently returned for maintenance and service to find there are new faces new name!! Thankfully my salesperson Steve Bernard is still there and he brought me thru the service department and introduce me to Christian- after just a couple of hours I have the brakes and oil change complete and they even offer me a savings!! I cant believe how fast they made so many new improvements with the new owner and new name . As long as Steve B is there Ill keep coming back!! Thanks Jeep of Chicago!!

I purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica here. I have been looking for months. My experience working with Brendan Carrillo has been awesome. I called him in the morning to check if the Pacifica was on their lot and confirmed the price according to what I saw on the Internet. Brendan confirmed everything over the phone and when we arrived it was still the same price. Which wasn't the case at another dealer we had checked that morning. Brendan was very helpful giving us all the information about the Pacifica and comparing to other cars on the lot. Brendan was very professional through the whole process. Brendan has been available for all my questions. Brendan made sure that all our needs were meet. I highly recommend Brendan and the team at Auffenberg!!

Wow!! I can’t say enough good things about the Sam Leman dealership, or my salesperson Dennis Jordan. I am from Maryland and couldn’t find the Jeep I wanted anywhere in the state. My search landed me at Sam Leman and Dennis Jordan. Dennis was amazingly easy to work with and did everything he could to keep things as smooth as possible. When I arrived in town I was picked up from the airport and taken to the dealership. Before finalizing the deal, Dennis double checked the rebates to ensure I was getting the best possible deal. It was a sheer joy working Sam Leman/Dennis. Before driving off, Dennis made sure I understood every aspect of my Jeep. I would have no problem traveling from Maryland to Illinois to work with Dennis again!!

Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Glenview has A+ Customer Service with an outstanding facility that is beautiful and clean offering snacks, pizza, ice cream, and hot/cold beverages. My experience here has strengthened my love for owning a Jeep now. I actually look forward to my service appointments mostly hanging out while my Jeep is being serviced using their powerful WiFi and having a few snacks and coffee as I wait. Prior to Fields in Glenview, I use to take my Jeep to a different dealership when I lived in the city. The previous dealership felt dirty, disorganized and their customer service skills was at best a D+. Their service advisors were always changing and two out of the three were like bad used car salesman. Now at Fields in Glenview, I have the best experience with my service advisor Peter. He always comes outside with a sincere smile to greet me when I arrive and is super knowledgable when asked specific questions. Having an experienced and nice service advisor like Peter included with a top notch dealership/service dept. has restored my faith in owning a Jeep compared to my previous experience. The positive and cool vibe here is an experience that needs to be the "Model" for all dealerships out there lacking this.
