We have been dealing with Thompson Jeep since 2005. Every 2-3 years we trade both our Jeeps in for new Jeeps. We purchase the Jeep Rubicon and Grand Cherokee limited or Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. In 2021 we traded in both our 2020 Jeeps for special ordered upgrades for 2021. Their sales and service was always top of the line. Days later we always received a call to see how well we treated. Many times we would just stop by to say hello to everyone. When we found out Thompson Jeep was sold it became very upsetting! What really upsetting was the new Dealer let many of the most trusted emploees let go! We now belong to Adams Jeep where they really care about their customers and employees. John and Sandy

Bought a new Gladiator in March,no follow up by the sales team or salesman. Had to bring it in for a recall,and leave it for 2 days with no loaner vehicle even offered, and now have an issue where the vehicle can not even be driven,but can't even get a call back ,let alone an appointment to get it fixed. So I have a vehicle with less than 5000 miles on it,and I can't even use it because Tate sucks so bad. Unbelievable. Mr Tate even shook my hand and said "you're part of the Tate family now" Haaa,I'd rather be part of the Addams family. At least they had values. Be smart and go elsewhere for your vehicle. It surely can't be any worse than Tate. Oh and when I tried to contact my salesman directly,I found he was no longer there,and had no one to contact beyond that,and NO ONE has any interesting taking his spot to help me. Garbage!

They put my trust back in dealerships in a time that I was really getting fed up with trying to purchase a new car post Covid. Met with Mo, he was really responsive and kind. Shared stories and worked up a deal that I went through on just 2 days later. ZERO PRESSURE which was good cause im a hot head and get upset quick. Layla who I think was the sales manager was compassionate and easy to work with. I didn't feel cornered, I felt if I had a voice. I actually ended up messing up the numbers put the deal still worked out and they helped me figure things out. I can't speak for other team members here but Mo and Layla were Gems.

Went smoothly as possible considering I live 800 miles away. My wife and I flew to Baltimore to pick up the F250. Lambert picked us up at the airport, went back to the dealership and within 30 minutes we were on our way. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Would recommend this dealership completely.
