Matt, Bubba and the entire service team are simply outstanding. We had a problem that required time to fix due to limited parts availability and a complete fiasco by another dealer located in Las Vegas that had no idea what it was doing on a simple Warrant fix. We were kept current on how the repairs were proceeding, why the delays and what still needed to be done. When the truck was returns to us after 14 weeks it ran, and continues to run like a Swiss Watch. It was a frustrating and stressful event but Matt and Bubba made it palatable and the end result was extraordinary.

Don’t buy a car from these people. They will sell you a car with a leaking transmission that I had to pay outta pocket to fix because their service techs couldn’t find the leak. then all trans mounts need to be replaced. Place is a joke and a scam. (Also no extended warranty was sold because the “power train” warranty had expired because of the 5 years from the vehicle being made) even if a vehicle is a used car a dealership should be held to a certain expectation to check all cars and fix any major issue such as the trans mounts & any fluid leaking from the vehicle. Or at least willing to fix the issues like they said they would. But no replies from when I texted the salesmen regarding the matter multiple times. But no response.

I know most dealerships are a headache and a war zone going in but not Desert 215 dealership. Definitely a hidden gem!

You guys are great. No pressure to buy anything but several options to look at. Jason Tate really took care of us and helped answer our questions. We really feel he tried to give us the best deal possible and he patiently dedicated his time to us. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we were unable to get the right price and vehicle. We'd like to continue to work with Jason. The main building is nice. The doughnuts were good and appreciated. The back lot was too crowded to get a good view of the inventory but Jason brought out the vehicles to look at. I would recommend that more phone or on-line communicating when shopping for a vehicle. That way less time would be spend away from home. Kind of narrowing the field. BTW, the follow up text and calls were appreciated as well. Anyway, good job guys!

Sold me a classic with no fluid in the transmission. Purchased a CJ7 for nostalgia sake a month ago after seeing the maintenance performed and taking a test drive. After paying in cash, I had to wait 3 hours while they “detailed and made sure everything was ready” before handing me the keys. Two hours and 62 miles later, the transmission had completely failed. When I called them in order to see if they would assist me in getting a tow to the service department where we could discuss this they wouldn’t even consider helping me get from the middle of nowhere to somewhere safe. They told me to take it to my mechanic and then we’ll talk. Well, I managed to tow it to my mechanic who let me know the transmission was dry, no leak just not fluid. Even during the test drive the vehicle was being destroyed because of the negligence. I left messages with Jeep Only and so far have had radio silence. I am still waiting on the new transmission to be installed, and it will eventually be an extra $4K and two months that they have caused me. I’d give zero stars if I could for destroying something indestructible due to their incompetence.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
