I purchased my Honda HRV from here back in February. A week later I was having issues with it starting and finally after THREE trips to a Honda dealership they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue, which Keyauto very kindly took care of. The only other issue for me is the car didn’t have a new sticker on it; when I asked if they could put a new one on I had the choice of going to their sister dealership in York. I live in Maine so I chose to do that because I was told they also check emissions so I wouldn’t have an issue. After making the appointment and driving an hour there for my new inspection sticker, I was told they could not do it because they aren’t equipped to check for emissions testing! A bit frustrated with the misinformation, I would’ve just saved my time and had them put one on before driving off the lot. But overall, my initial experience of going in and purchasing my vehicle was great. Aristedes was super friendly and helpful with all my questions!

Had the headlights replaced in my 2016 Ram 1500. This work was done without an appointment in the quick service lane. In order to change the headlights on my model required the disassembly of the front grill I am extremely satisfied with the work and the communication provided on how the work was progressing.

My first dealing with this dealership was rated very poor and I’ll stand behind that when it comes to the sales department. You are forced to jump through hoops to obtain $500 veteran discount while spending $67,000 on a truck. Sales ordered my truck while I sat with them. Told me I’ll be getting an electric rear window. Which I wanted to keep my dogs safe. They never gave me the order we did on my truck until I requested it. I would have canceled my order if I knew I was not going to get the electric rear window, that’s how important it was to us. Upon getting the truck I noticed it did not come with one. They installed a manual widow. So if open and the dogs started to go out that window driving down the highway, the out come might not be so good. They lied to me by telling me other items I wanted were on back order. So beware dealing with the sales department. It’s all about making that sale! Sales 0-1 Stars* Parts department was outstanding! They looked up the items I’ve been trying to get prior to my truck being delivered and getting the run around from sales. I was informed they could not get LED head lights that was over looked on my second build and final truck. Again sales stated these lights were on back order. Wrong you can’t get them and have to get aftermarket ones. Parts also told me that they would have to find a truck with the rear tire liners and make up a list of parts to order. Again sales had me jumping through hoops trying to get something and kept misleading me by saying it was on back order. Parts FIVE STARS ***** Since day one of picking up my truck the pedal adjuster did not work and of course my sales rep had no clue or care about the matter. Made an appointment with service. In and out in 41 minutes. Found the factory never plugged it in. Service did all my recalls on my last truck. Never an issue! I give Service Five Stars*****

I recently purchased a vehicle from Key Lebanon & cannot say enough positive things to express my gratitude. When I found the Jeep online that I was looking for, I was a little nervous on the drive there because I do not typically like or trust salesmen. Then I met James. The minute I met him I liked him right away. He was so down to earth & welcoming. James went above and beyond my expectations. He told me all of the little things that dealerships usually don't and added a human, not the typical robotic, factor that I appreciated. The Jeep I purchased was missing a bezel on the front & when we brought it to his attention, he not only ordered it right away & paid for it himself, he had it sent right to my house. Me and my wife purchased a 2006 crysler pacifica from this dealership, at 26,000 miles we brought in for engine this was a thursday Friday the called and said it would be done monday I was going away for weekend and my wife needed to transport my children so I asked if they could supply us with a car and they said no but come to find out after an hour they said we had extended warranty and they would cover a car until car was done maximum $35 a day monday came and we called and they said maybe tuesday then they called and said it needed a new engine a couple more days go by and they keep saying they are having trouble getting engine from wisconsin. At 5:00 Friday evening they call and tell my wife it would be done in a few more days but she was going to have to pay for rental that the warranty would only pay five days and we had the rental going on eleven days now and they said that was the way it was if they had told us we only had 5 days I would not have been happy but would have returned it at 5 days. The service guy said to me that we had to pay then he told me he made a call to try to get crysler to pay and they said no he said that was above and beyond what he had to do (another mother Theresa) So then I contacted the president of 1400 Andy Costello nothing but a liar told me he would take care of rental and never got back yo me after I called and left messages and email for three days, when they called back to say car was done after 2 weeks they said we could not pick up our car until we paid the other 8 days of rental so I told John aka mother Theresa that Jon Castello was going to take care of rental he said hold on and got ahold of him in one minute and said Andy aka the liar said it was our problem funny he got ahold of him in one minute when I tried for 3 days. I told them we buy alot a crysler vehicles in my family and told them we were going to switch to gmc they said that is your decision all over $250.00 great dealership they lie to you and offer no help all they kept telling me is that crysler was paying for engine and we didnt have to wow that is nice of them since it under warranty and faithfully serviced by them. John told me no dealerships cover a rental for service so I told him I just bought a gmc sierra that will give me a rental if my truck is in for service for any reason also they will give me a vehicle of equal or greater value then he did not know what to say I was going to buy 2009 dodge ram but bought gmc instead because of the treatment I got from 1400 motors. Finally I did get the rental payed for by crysler and they aggreed with me. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from 1400 motors Nashua,NH they are nothing but liars and cowards and once you buy vehicle they dont care about you from the president on down!!!!!!!!

These people have no idea on how to treat a customer! They like to pressure you into something you didn’t want. I was there for hours and they wouldn’t stop till I purchased the truck! It wasn’t the color truck I wanted and it gobbles gas ! I took it to another dealership to trade it for something I wanted and they would only give me $41,000 for a $54,000 truck that I’m paying for! They are very Crooked plus the tires they took off to put the big tires on they never gave them to me and they where on the window sticker and they sell them on Craigslist for $800 ! Then they said they would throw in running boards lol they where also on the window sticker they took them off and was offering them to me like I was getting a great deal ! Lol just don’t buy from them save your money and find an honest dealership if there is any.

Wouldn't honor previous deal after credit was pulled TWICE - reggie11

Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through. They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all
