I first entered the dealership i noticed how nicely decorated it was for the holidays. When I walked through I also noticed how everyone had a genuine smile on their face as they said hello to me. Buying my new Jeep from Pellegrino was the best experience I have had in a long time when buying a new car (this is my 5th Wrangler that I have purchased). Between Mark, Russ, Jenn and Brian.. I was able to get all my questions answered. Jenn was fabulous to deal with, she is a rock star helping me figure out the ins and outs of some of the features that my new XE has. Had coupon sent to me in the mail for oil change , tire rotation and five point inspection for $39.95. Well it cost me $87.00. Service called me about oil change and told me that they didn't have that coupon which stated synthic oil blend and all the other items were not free. I told service department i hope you don't call me about rating because this is a scam, this will be my last time dealing with this dealership.
