I called Clinton the night it happened and he found a vehicle immediately for us with no hassle for us to have to deal with. We were not in a place to buy a car this soon, but he hooked us up. He relieved so much worry and stress off my shoulders. He was a Blessing to our family in such an emergency situation. I cannot thank him enough. The process was so FAST AND EASY. I go to classic Chrysler in Madison because of outstanding customer service and helpfulness. The service writers are great to deal with and always have a concern for the customer. This is hard to find . The parts department is always great if I need to purchase item(s). Even though it’s an old building, it’s always clean here. The offer a nice waiting room with beverages. I do drive 30min. To get here when I could go to another Chrysler dealership which is closer. But it doesn’t rate to the service you get with Classic. Last thing, don’t change a thing. I will continue to go to this dealership.
