I had previously left a review where I was not too happy with this company. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car, but I had a lot of issues with it. I was extremely frustrated and times have been really hard and I wasn’t able to take care of the repairs. I had reached out to customer service a couple of different times with no luck but then Eli reached out to me. He was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help me out so I can get the repairs done on my car and keep my job. He made my entire experience 1000% better. Driveway has a much better selection than any other online dealers. And their financing company was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. But I have to say it is thanks to Eli that I will still recommend this dealership!

Chris was extremely friendly over the phone, didn’t pressure me at all. He was my last stop and I’m glad I waited. Have me fair value for my trade in and I walked away happy with the deal. this dealership has been calling none stop looked at there website back in July of 2021 ended up buying from a different dealership today January 23 2022 was the last straw the internet sales manager called and asked if i was still looking i said no for the last time. I would NOT even look at there website they track and will pester you and not stop calling. After 6 months still pestering after i told them in august September November December and 3 calls in January. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

This dealerships sales staff are polite and quick to respond to all inquiries buy anyone whether buying or not. I was looking to change from a fwd to an awd within a month of closing a deal on a 2009 Saturn vue and the original dealership would not reply to my inquiry about a car that had just arrived on their lot, so went to the Hanigan dealership websites and found a nice 2011 Dodge Journey AWD that I thought wasn't a AWD but point of fact was it is and was what I wanted and it still had tons, of PT warranty on it and the price was what they said it was on the dealership website. After checking with the finance company the deal was closed after only a couple days and with a very good interest rate at that. I now have a factory type warranty for 7 years and 100000 that cover all parts and wear and tare to go with it. A no deductible factory powertrain for 2 1/2 years and a bumper to bumper for the a 7/100000 as the Journey is a Chrysler certified. I recommend this dealership to everyone around the local area as well as the United states and Canada.

I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly! I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!
