I took my car to Kelly for an oil change. An alert mechanic discovered an issue with my front end and brought it to my attention. The problem was remedied immediately after a brief chat with staff at no cost. I also was provided 4 tire quotes with no pushy sales tactics for my next visit.

To say this review is way overdue is stating it mildly. In July, after another dealer sold a car from under me, I called Humes immediately when I saw they had a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in the trim package I wanted. And fortunately for me, Adam answered the phone. They had the car, helped me through the process, and approved my application quickly. Knowing I was traveling across the state to get the car not only Adam, but also Angela from Financing, gave me great tips for places I could take the family while we were there. The entire process was easy and fast and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Now I am happy the other dealership dropped that ball and that Adam answered the call. The buying experience at Humes is second to done. In the market for a car? This is the place to be! Thanks again, Adam! We are loving this car!

Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. They and are very accommodating to schedules. Due to current Covid regulations and my place of employment, I am very limited to days I can go into the office. My inspection was up and the end of the month of August and they were able to squeeze my car in for inspection on the only day I could go into the office. That helped me tremendously as I didn’t have to schedule time off of work to get my car inspected. Not only did they squeeze it in, they did it without hesitation and still had my car back to me within an hour!
