Outstanding Parts and Service Departments - Sharkbaithal
Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to.
Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes.
Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.
