Took my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in to have the passenger sliding door fixed as it wouldn't open from the inside or outside. A google search found it such a common problem with the actuator failing, that it has an extended warranty of 15 yrs/150,000 miles. Originally, $300 to $400 was not covered for this repair. I still don't know how I would tell if it the actuator is starting to fail, so I could bring it in before it fails and locks the door, causing an additional expense to open the door, to then replace the actuator? I didn't hear a clicking or groaning sound, and this van doesn't have the auto closing/opening option, just electronic lock/unlock. Anyway, Sean talked to the warranty people for assistance with this other cost and got EVERYTHING covered under warranty! Thanks, Sean, you provided excellent service and the door works perfectly! Please, though, work on more loaner vehicles, or don't offer them. My warranty covers reimbursement of rental cars that I could have arranged for
