My car was towed into the dealership. The service team was taking care of all what's needed, kept me updated on the repair progress. I was lucky to find this dealership in an emergency situation like that. I really recommend their services.

Steve is a absolutely amazing to work with. We bought a jeep wrangler last summer working with him. And we just went back this past weekend and we bought another jeep, we olny wanted to deal with Steve because of our past experience with him. He’s great to talk to and makes the whole experience great. Also the finance lady Christina is amazing. And she knows the in and out of the job and is very efficient in getting paperwork signed and getting you on the way in your new vehicle. When we are ready to fade in or up we will be back to see Steve and hopefully Christina will be the one to help us sign all the paperwork again. Thanks to everyone. We live the new jeep.

This has to be the worst service department in the state. I brought my 2015 RAM 3500 (diesel) with only 50,100 miles in for a Mil light on Sept. 15th 2022. With in two hours the service writer ( Hannah) informs me that the diesel mechanic (with 23 years experience) is reporting that my fuel system is contaminated with biological growth and I have metal shavings in both fuel filters. He also is saying I have several misfire codes along with fuel injectors #1 and #2 are stuck open, causing internal cylinder damage. With all this he recommends full engine replacement, the estimated cost is $41,000. Hannah recommended filing a claim with my insurance company. She also stated that she has recommended this several time in the past and most insurance companies pay. She also states she has no service loaners. So I took her recommendation. My insurance company assigned an investigator and hired a separate company to come in a take fuel samples for analysis. Two months later the private investigator reports no contamination in my fuel system and my insurance company denied my claim. Now I’m out $800 for a rental car and a denied claim and a vehicle I can’t drive. They charged me $800 for service performed. So I have it towed to a different dealership for a second opinion, and another $300 for towing. Within a few hours the new dealership calls to inform me there is a service bulletin issued for misfires. The update my ECM and no more mil. Light and truck runs great. After all this I’m out $1900.

They had the car ready for me and all the paperwork completed in advance (took some coordinating). I showed up on the appointed time and was driving out of there within 30 mins! Surprisingly, it was the smoothest new car purchase I've had...really.

Great experience with the service department! I am very particular on who I will let work on our JL and they did not disappoint. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, from the front desk staff, to the skilled tech that performed the work, to the Service Director who reviewed the warranty work with me. Thank you all so much for stepping up and taking care of this TSB warranty issue! It has 100% resolved the incredibly unsafe steering issues we were experiencing and I have complete confidence now with my wife and kids in this Jeep. If you are looking for competent, honest, timely people who actually listen to your concerns this dealership should be number one on your list. Took my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in to have the passenger - Linda

Took my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in to have the passenger sliding door fixed as it wouldn't open from the inside or outside. A google search found it such a common problem with the actuator failing, that it has an extended warranty of 15 yrs/150,000 miles. Originally, $300 to $400 was not covered for this repair. I still don't know how I would tell if it the actuator is starting to fail, so I could bring it in before it fails and locks the door, causing an additional expense to open the door, to then replace the actuator? I didn't hear a clicking or groaning sound, and this van doesn't have the auto closing/opening option, just electronic lock/unlock. Anyway, Sean talked to the warranty people for assistance with this other cost and got EVERYTHING covered under warranty! Thanks, Sean, you provided excellent service and the door works perfectly! Please, though, work on more loaner vehicles, or don't offer them. My warranty covers reimbursement of rental cars that I could have arranged for

We were interested in a couple of different vehicles we saw online but Merrick really turned up the charm and convinced us that it was worth spoiling ourselves a bit and going for a bit better than our pre-approval limit. Because, gosh darn it, we are worth it. So we all jumped in the car and Merrick topped off the gas with a card provided by Rairdon. We got on the highway when the sky darkened and ominous music started playing. Merrick's gaze turned steely and in a quiet, measured voice he ordered me to pull over. He jumped out of the car and seemingly out of nowhere pulled a Katana and held it up. He was taut...on edge...ready for anything. Which seemed ridiculous because we were all alone on the highway. Just as I was processing the fact that we were ALONE on the highway, it happened. A wave of Zombie Ninja Velociraptors came hurtling at the car, and when they were almost within reach Merrick came spinning in, blade flashing like lightning, raptor limbs flying around us like grass being thrown from a mower. It was glorious. Not a single Raptor managed to touch the car. We drove back silently and I immediately bought the 2018 Nissan Sentra. It was the least I could do. Oh yeah, and Austin was awesome when I went to pick up my license plate. He didn't fight zombies or anything, but he was quick to help and got the plates on my car in no time. And I think he punched a pterodactyl that was getting a little too close, but that's a story for another day. - Shawn

Excellent dealership. I buy a lot of new cars, and have dealt with a number of dealerships. By far these folks are the best. They honored a great price, offered a fair deal on the trade without me having to fight, and I was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes, and some of that time was me finding all the docs they needed (yes I was not prepared as I should have been :). Other car dealerships should take notes on their business practices. BTW, this dealer is 150 miles from me and was worth the drive!
