Michael hooked me up even during the test drive with setting up the navigation with my google maps to connecting my phone for my playlist for the test drive. Actually I would give them no stars they were awful sold me over priced vehicle w lots of issues took it in for service several tines they were no help then went to try and trade it and was told at other dealership that the car fax report had a mileage roll back so I can’t even get rid of the car don’t buy from them

UPDATE: Upgraded to 5 stars… After some communications issues with the dealership, I worked with Ashley to schedule service. I brought my vehicle in and was met by Joey, the service advisor. The work was done quickly while I waited. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My thanks to Ashley for listening to and addressing my concerns. My salesman, Joey Bibb was VERY knowledgeable and notified me immediately when a model was arriving that I was interested in... when we realized the top of the line model was actually in my price range, he and his manager worked hard to give me the best deal and I walked off of the lot with my Telluride that same night. Not only was everyone extremely friendly, but they explained every aspect of the process and made sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing (sales manager Andrew Johnson was also wonderful). On our way to Florida for vacation our Kia Sportage broke down. We were able to drive it to this Kia dealership. We were approached by Michael Bramlett! This guy went above and beyond to help us! He even drove my husband to a rental car place so we could get back on the road. He was amazing!! He said it's just that Southern hospitality lol...They even had our car fixed and waiting on our trip back home. They even took care of our rental! I'm glad we had the chance of meeting him! I had contacted Capitol Kia by internet just when I was looking for a possible new car. I went out and met with the floor manager and was passed on to a salesman. I told him what I wanted but wasn't sure about a 6 or 4 cylender. He reccomended the 4 cylender because I didn't do that much traveling and it would be less expensive on gas. This was in May and the prices had increased but we didn't know they would be rediculous in that short a space of time. He asked several times if I wanted to trade my pickup in or did I have a down payment i wanted to use, and I told him no, that if something went wrong and I lost my job I wanted to still have a vehicle left to drive. You have to plan for problems like this, so I was. I ended up driving out in a new 2008 Kia Sportage in Blue, just what I wanted. I had to take my mother back with me to pick up my pickup. but I got a new car with Tax Title and Plates added into the loan. It might have been an all day experience, but I thought things went pretty good.

GM would not honor deal agreed upon. Would not repair a warranty item. Told me it was “asinine” for his people to repair it for the deal we were getting. He let over $20k walk away for what he said was a $700 repair. If he’s not willing to fix a warranty item to get your business I can’t imagine how he would treat you once he has your money. STAY AWAY!!
