Our first experience in purchasing a vehicle was over 30 years ago so this wasn’t our first time, but definitely the best! Treated us with respect and did not pressure us in any way. Sad, I have bought 3 cars from this dealership however this is my last. Don't get me wrong Johnny was and is the best sales rep and Earl in finance is very professional. What has changed my mind is the owner Scott. Scott is rude and very disrespectful not just to his customers but his employees. As I was standing in a conversation with my sales rep and Scott amongst other employees, Scott had the nerve to making derogatory remarks to my sales rep; not caring who was standing there. I'm sorry this should ALWAYS be done in private and never in front of co-workers especially customers. I feel for the employees as I can only imagine the disrespect he must portray.

I worked with 1 person per request. Bryce Elledge. Started with emails. Went in and see the vehicle I had interest in. Told him my price range. He did show me a few other vehicles in my range. I did leave with the original GMC Terrain Denali. He was helpful. He was clear about everything from start to finish. I did have a good experience this time at Sands Kia.

I originally gave a poor review regarding the communication with the service department. The manager dealt with my concerns quickly. I had my Kia towed in on Saturday because it was over heating. My car was fixed by Monday afternoon! The service reps provided great communication and explained the situation clearly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled!

Service Department is either extremely incompetent - paul

Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering..

I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.
