I couldn't believe how easily & quickly the Service people at Landers Kia made my day! My 2014 Soul needed an oil change & basic service ... but my original battery could no longer start the car. Called for an appointment at 2:45 on Thursday afternoon, explained my predicament, was concerned that it might be Friday or Monday before I could get in. Darcy told me they had an opening at 4PM THAT DAY! Told her I also needed a new battery and asked if they had a replacement in stock. Within about 2 minutes she said "Yes!" I connected my car's battery to my wife's, started my car and drove to the dealership. A smiling Service Writer named Kemp greeted me; asked what work was needed; he suggested that coolant replacement would be wise & I agreed. Kemp assured me they would get to work right away. About 40 minutes later Kemp told me my Kia Soul was ready, it had been washed & vacuumed and was at the door; all I had to do was to go to the cashier and pay! WOW! I was so relieved! Thanks to all the people who made this all happen for me so easily and quickly. Thanks LANDERS SERVICE TEAM!!! Dick M

If you use your dealership for vehicle service DO NOT expect much from this dealership. I took my 2017 Sorento in for diagnostic and repairs ( I felt like it would be in the nationwide recall for Engine failure due to poor oil performance and retention) on March 3. After it was not not repaired when July rolled around we decided to have it moved to another dealership. I'm not sure how they expect people to function without a vehicle, but apparently they do. I only had one car at the time of my engine messing up. I had to buy another vehicle because I had no way to get anywhere and had 3 school aged kids. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

My sister owned a 2016 KIA Elentre. She and I had to go to Green Forest, AR for a funeral. Her car had a major malfunction on the way to the cemetery. Needless to say, we weren't going anywhere after we reached the cemetery. Sis called KIA's road side service, car towed to the dealership in Bentonville, AR. Once we established that her car was not going to be looked at that evening a car was arranged for us to drive home, which was 3 hours away. The sales team and the general manager all worked their magic and got my sister into a car and we were very happy with how they treated us. We both recommend this dealership to others.

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.

Did not even call us back after we tried for several days to work out a deal with them. We gave up and went to Little Rock to Frank Fletcher Kia Dealership. They were awesome, and I love my new Kia!!!!
