It’s been years that I’ve been trying to find a vehicle that I love and many times I’ve found something however was super nervous about the buying purchase and often chickened out due to past bad experiences. So recently this Thursday I put in an inquiry for a Kia Sorento that was located at a different address. That same morning I received a friendly call from Mr. Chan Jones, his smooth, warm and inviting tone over the phone made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to go ahead and start the buying process. I was approved!!! Amen Mr. Jones went out of his way to get the vehicle that I was interested in and brought it to his Lithonia location that was closer to me and more convenient. The car was even better in person. He made sure it was detailed and cleaned for me. Mr. Chan Jones was so polite, professional and caring for what I want and focused on helping me. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a smooth and amazing experience purchasing a vehicle. Terrible service department. Made a appointment for a oil change 1 1/2 weeks earlier in person. Took morning off from work to be there at 8am. Show up and they have no record of my appointment and the wait is 2 hours. Their reason was they had someone else working at the time that didn't work out so he was no longer there. This place is run the same as when they where Jeff Smith Chevrolet in Byron. What's the saying, You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.

Ask for Brent! Brent has gone above and beyond during the car shortage! I live about 1.5 hrs from the dealership but Brent has kept me updated on all incoming inventory and has followed up many, many times. He even took a video of a car to help answer a question I had. His follow up never seemed disingenuous, he was professionally persistant. When I let him know we had gone in another direction, he was incredibly kind and congratulated me on my new car. The car buying process can be painful, especially as a woman, but Brent was very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Don't' trust what they report to CarFax - Mmay1588

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area! Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.

Wow, first new car in 9 years (Kia K5 In-Line, premium pkg) Need to go to school to learn all the new technology and safety features. Justin was great help in jump starting me. Choose to finance with dealership because of rate. I don't have an "emergency fund' so wanted to protect my investment. Purchased Gap Insurance to protect against Total Loss over term of my lone. Kia has 60,000 bumbler-to-bumper warranty then Powertrain up to 100,000. I drive over 15,000/yr+ so purchased service contrast giving me bumper-to-bumper protection for 10 yrs/100,000. I now feel protected against unforeseen problems. I want service dept staff to know my vehicle so I"m sticking with Kia Atlanta South. Randy C

Do not do business with this dealership they ordered the wrong vehicle which I waited on for 7 months made no concessions, When I asked them to reorder my vehicle with the correct options. I asked them to do it at MSRP because I would have to wait 7-10 more months and a couple dealerships are still doing MSRP the GM said I suggest you take your business to them. Worst customer service I have ever heard of.
