Scott was great and we could have and should have been able to close the deal in 1.5-2 hours. Instead I was made to wait for two other financial/salesmen to sell me additional coverage) and/or protection. The first was $4000 worth of protection against rust corrosion, undercoating, etc. After exhaustive and sometimes ridiculous persuasive tactics (a $500 discount because I had been in the Peace Corps) I agreed to pay $950 rather than the $4000. I refused, more than once to the second salesman for the additional $3000 package. I left after 4.5 hours more than a bit exhausted (I am 83). So many friends have said I should have gone with their husbands and this would not have happened. Two days later I talked with Scott about the pressure, the attitudes, my exhaustion with the process, etc. He immediately reversed the process related to the $950 extra charges for work I didn't really want. There is no reason for the 4.5 hours it took to buy my new car. I bought from this dealership as my last car was bought there and because of the outstanding excellence of the Service Dept, so kudos to Scott and your service department.

Everything about this dealership was a disaster from car purchase to service needs. I gave them several opportunities to correct the problem. I was scammed during my purchase and over 3 years later I just got a check for $36 due to a class action lawsuit in which Napleton group had to pay out over 9 million dollars for scamming customers. I've taken all my service to nearby Acura dealer where my experience has always been good. I wrote the GM and left him a message back when I was experiencing problems but he never responded. I had a friend, who I warned, but a car there shortly after I did. He was given promises in writing which the dealer would not fulfill, even though in writing. Last I knew the Sales Manager that scammed me went next door to Kia. Wonder why. Doubt he's still there scamming people.

Added 2400 certification fee on top of already pricy CPO Kia Optima LX. Did not want to omit it. Initial 24000 car ballooned to 32000. What a rip off.. is that industry practice? Serra Honda did not have any fee on their Honda Accord CPO other than usual doc fee of around 300.

He was patient, informative, and listened to my needs. He helped me build the car that was perfect for our growing family. Our new vehicle arrived months sooner than expected and Vince kept me informed every step of the way. I had done my own research for months prior to going into the dealership, so I am confident in saying that Vince was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but that I was treated fairly and respectfully by Vince throughout the entire car buying process (which unfortunately was not my experience at other dealerships). I have been in the market for a new car and was torn between the Ionic 5 Limited and the EV6 Wind. At Liberty Auto Plaza I drove the EV6 Wind - great car! While I changed my mind at the last minute, I have to give a big thank you to the Sales person, Kyle Tayfel. He was always very polite, respectful and handled all of our conversations in a professional manner. II would highly recommend the dealership and Kyle.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. We ordered a car in January and patiently waited for our car to find out in August they removed us from the list unknowingly we didn’t discover this until October. Our sales guy also sent us extremely inappropriate and unprofessional emails when he found out we visited the dealership to look at another car and spoke to another sales person because he wasn’t available.

" --- WHEN YOU DEAL WITH WLLOWBROOK KIA A week after they agreed to a specific deal, upon turning in a leased 2019 Kia, they stated that the person who gave me the trade-in amount a week ago was not an authorized appraiser and the deal they agreed upon would not be completed. I have contacted both Kia American and Kia Motors Finance and complained. Have yet to hear anything but I will never deal with this dealership again.

Sales person was great, until after I bought the vehicle. I wasn’t told about the $3000 dollars for the bumper to bumper, I thought that was the Kia warranty they were talking about. No one returns my calls on the $3,000 dollars that is still out there! They told me to tell the finance company I wanted to keep it and they would then refund the money themselves so that they didn’t get charged to re-do the paperwork. I was told I would receive $100 check as well. At the moment I would not recommend them due to their lack of empathy and lack of returning calls. They need to fix their communication and quit thinking because I am a female they can push me around. Even Mike the manager hasn’t returned my call because I just called last week and was told I would be called back that afternoon. Once again NOTHING! Next step will be calling the finance company and reporting to BBB.

He was professional, courteous and patient with my urgent situation. I have been a service customer for several years and highly recommend them. Wayne was my shuttle driver in the morning. He went above and beyond with a smile and great conversation. Corbin graciously picked me up to retrieve my car and was very professional and friendly as well.
