Chuck the service manager was very rude, unprofessional, and was making assumptions toward me. I was asking for him to explain what I was being charged for. He then said” just take your car and don’t ever bring it back!” I’ve already spent over $700 with them still not fixing the car. I don’t recommend going to Midwest Kia!! I will take it somewhere else!!!

I've done business here a few times and I must say that the experience gets better each time. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend coming here and talking to their staff. I had the pleasure of working with Allen Aikens. I appreciate that he reached out to me and answered all of my questions and invited me to come into the dealership. I also had the pleasure of working with Spencer, Christopher Craig and Phil Skid. The entire team was amazing to work with! They listened to everything I had to say and what I was looking to accomplish, provided options, and went above and beyond to meet all of my needs! They are friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. I visited over 10 different dealers within the last 2 weeks, and Robert Brogden's blew every single one of them out of the water! I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home. Thank you again!
