I had a great experience with Kia. The dealership helped to make it faster, easier, and more pleasant than any prior experiences ever. The salesman made promises within reason and stood by them. I have dealt with many dealerships in my past and has by far exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a vehicle and need an honest and hardworking salesman than you should ask for Leo.

I am very annoyed and frustrated with my experience. I came to get an oil change and they broke my lug nut while rotating my tires. They did not have a lug nut and said they had to order the part. I find this ridiculous considering they are a service center and they do not have something as basic as a lug nut. So I drive all the way from Covington back to Florence the next morning and they tell me it will be an hour to replace the lug nut. This is the worst experience, I want to cry. I will not come back here.

Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I went in to look at used cars because the car I was driving broke down 4 times in 4 days ($500.00 in 4 days). A black Saturn with white shoe polish stating that Jim Johnson across the street had left my keys in my car and it was stolen from their lot. I spent 3 years and $8,000 fixing this car up to last the rest of my life (now in junkyard). It turns out I could buy a new car. So I bought a Kia Rio and it is a very nice car with very good gas millage. As I have to drive over 100 miles every 3 months for the next 5 years to be sure I no longer have cancer. The young lady who sold me the Rio was very nice and there was no pressure to buy a car. I am very happy with the new Rio it drives out real nice. Thanks!

I was treated with respect and honesty and ur never put at a table waiting forever I can’t say how happy I am for what Lucus and his manager done I recommend anyone needing a car go see Lucus he’s not just a straight up honest guy but will do what it takes in ur favor to help u get a new ride I give Lucus a 5🌟and the manager that done my financing a 5🌟as well I’ve truly never been treated this good by any were I’ve gotten a car.
