I stopped by on a whim a month ago to look at cars and was greeted warmly by Cameron. He asked me what car or type of car I was looking for and if new or used. Unfortunately, he only had 3 new SUVs on the lot and although they were sold, he graciously offered to show them to me to get a feel for them (in case if I wanted to order one). Cameron took his time to explain the differences among the vehicles (options, size, pricing, etc) even though he didn't have one to sell. The wait time for an order was about 8 months so I had to pass given my urgent need for a vehicle before the winter. I came back again when I saw a used vehicle listed on their website. Cameron greeted me warmly again even though he didn't remember me. While he was waiting on another family as they were looking at 2 vehicles, I asked if the car I came for was available. He excused himself from the other family and explained to them that he was going to look this up for me quickly, which he did (the vehicle had sold). I've been to other dealerships with horrible experiences! I hope Lev KIA gets more vehicles in so that I can actually buy one from Cameron.

So unprofessional they completely ruined my 2021 cars engine when their was nothing wrong. They told me a young single mom I needed to pay 10k for a new engine they messed with odometer for milage they tricked me into a lease that I was told for almost two years nothing was covered. I was stuck with a dead kia for almost 5 month still with payments. During Christmas Thanksgiving my 3 year old son's birthday. This almost put me into extreme debt I've never been so disgusted by a dealership in my life. I will never now buy from quirk in general again. And I suggest you don't either if you read this.

My experience of this dealership was mainly through the attentive and responsive work of Yvonne Pham and Andy Hayden, the Finance Manager. Yvette let me know about the car as soon as it came in. This was based on a previous conversation she and I had 7-10 days earlier. She used her influencing skills to help solve problems when they appeared, and gave me encouragement when it looked like we may not even start to find common ground. I found her to be truthful throughout the process. I highly recommend Yvonne. Andy was knowledgeable about our options as we closed and signed paperwork, and was respectful of our choices as we went along.

From start to finish buying a car here was a disaster and I regret ever doing business with these people. They have absolutely no customer service or problem solving skills across the board. I bought my car in November 2021 and living in RI I was given temporary plates until my hard plates came in, which would be fine except that my hard plates were not ready until close to 2 weeks after the temporary had expired. I was not offered a loaner car or given any solution and was instructed to drive illegally until the plates came in. Any person I contacted in this time period was not able to help or even provide a polite answer so I just waited it out. Fast forward to today, about 6 months later I am getting pulled over for expired plates. Imagine my surprise that the new plates I had to wait for to begin with and paid the full registration and documentation fee for, were only valid one month and not a single person at the dealership felt the need to tell me. When I called to let the dealership know there was an error made while registering my car and that I have a $100 fee and citation because of it, I was told “there is nothing they can do and it’s not their problem so take it up with the RMV”. After being told multiple times they would not even attempt to help correct the mistake they made, I asked for a loaner car to drive while I work on getting a new registration on my own (as they suggested) and was told no and “good luck with that, no one is going to help you”. This is somehow only the highlight reel of my experience with Zach and Julie. They both had plenty of other rude and condescending things to say to me on the phone, but since no one at the dealership has the ability to solve a customer problem I guess I will have to figure it out myself. If you have considered visiting this dealership I would suggested saving yourself the trouble because the customer service is simply not worth it. While I bought used, I also know they are charging over MSRP on new so unless you enjoy paying thousands over asking while receiving the worst service of your car buying experience: do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. ✌️

Visited their dealership looking for a’22 Soul. They didn’t have the car that I was told was on the lot. Said they would search for it. Added a market adjustment of $2500. Lowballed my trade. Found the car that I wanted at another dealership. No market adjustment. Gave me $3000 more for my trade. Will never go back to this dealership.

eat experience! Jeff was so patient helping us decide what car would be best for us. He was willing to work on numbers and help with trade in value before we even came in. When we went down to test drive, he had the car out front waiting for us ready to go! The actual lease and pick up was seamless. Great job! Highly recommend Jeff!!

Decent Volkswagen service for your Kia - rk6772

The Kia service center isn't in the Kia dealership; it's in the Volkswagen dealership next door, and it's not well marked. The "pull up and honk" service seems to be more "pull up, honk, then get out and find someone." But they did do a good job servicing my car. They even washed out my WeatherTech floor liners, although they were pretty wet when I got back in the car. The weird part is waiting in the middle of the Volkswagen showroom while your Kia is serviced. I'm surprised Kia allows that; you'd think they'd rather have Kia customers looking at shiny new Kias, not Volkswagens. The waiting area has two overstuffed couches and a TV. For sitting and waiting, they're comfortable enough. For trying to work while you're there? Not so good. Hard to find an outlet, the labelled Ethernet jacks don't work, and there's nothing resembling a place to put down your laptop. That seems par for the course for Kia dealers, but other makes having as many upscale features as a Kia usually have some place for people to set up with a laptop.

The sales process at Gervais Kia was okay, but honestly thats what you expect at any car dealership. Everything from then on has been a nightmare. We had a service appointment to fix a remote starter incorrectly installed, and received a loner car that was clearly heavily smoked in. When we asked the service advisor she said that there was no way, and she personally checked the car her self, and refused to offer us a different car. We have since sold that car and during the sales purchased the Cost Guard extended warranty for a used car. Which I advise no one to do! They will assure you it can be canceled at any time, we have been working with Jim Brophy for upwards of 5 months at this point to do so. Every time we call, he says he thought it was already handled and that he will call us back, we have yet to actually receive a call back and always end up having to follow up ourselves.

I found the car I wanted online and reached out to the sales team to get more information. I was able to confirm it's availability and price within minutes. I scheduled a visit to the dealership and received a warm welcome by all employees. John in sales, came along while we test drove the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about car. The entire process was relaxed and enjoyable and John was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. The next time I am looking for a vehicle I will be visiting York Kia of Medford because I know I will have an enjoyable experience. Thank you to the team at York Kia of Medford!

I was in town visiting a friend. My headlight's bulb went out the night before. The next morning I had to leave the state for the rest of my travels. I stopped into Balise and explained to Sara I was in a hurry and if they could at all be quick with the light bulb change, I'd be ever so grateful. Guess what? I was ever so grateful because they had me IN & OUT (per my request) fassssssssssssster than I could sit down and start to read a magazine in the lounge area. Now that's what I call service!! Sara and I had a nice friendly chat about the area where she offered touristy ideas for my next trip when I was paying the bill. Overall, the price was right, the service was fast and friendly. You can't get better than that. I recommend Balise for your car's repairs.

POOR BUSINESS - Unhappy

Purchased car in Oct 2015. Nothing but problems. They have had it over 12 days and that was for 2 visits. and ALL the problems still not fixed. Won't make a trade for my car that they are selling as PRISTINE CONDITION and 3 years older. Pretty poor!! They said they put too much into their lemon to do that! They fixed an axel a bent wheel, keep balancing it and I still get vertigo from the shake. They said I hit a pot hole !! They were decent and accommodating until they got tired of me and their repairs. Now they are very rude to me. Ya its my fault I bought a lemon. They gave me a clean fax too. Thats what really stinks. The car definitely has issues that were never disclosed. !!!!! Don't go there!!
