We had actually found a car we liked at Honda after initially speaking to Novy and liked working with him so much, that we asked him bring the vehicle over to Kia to move forward with purchasing it. Novy is honest and trustworthy. He's willing to work with you to get you into your new vehicle. One of the worst experiences ever at a dealership. I would have given zero stars if it were on option. They kept me there for 3 hours and it would have been longer if I hadn’t walked out. I didn’t buy a car. I just left fed up, angry, and frustrated! Staff were fake, didn’t listen, tried to use high pressure sales tactics, and they like to play the stupid back and forth games of “well let me see what I can do or I tell you what I can do for you (as if I am a long lost brother or something)”. Do not waste my time and talk to me as if I’m stupid and have never bought a car before. I don’t understand why sooo many dealerships go this route. Thankfully there are some that don’t. I know that I won’t be back.

Ive had bought only one car mysef from. CD but many freinds have purchased there car at Cable Dahlmer. 'My experience both with sales and service have been nothing but great. I have read the negative reviews these look like isolated issues that communication and expectations needed to be improved by both parties My recent service on my kia was awsome. My service advisor communicated with me efficiently. My one negative would br communication wich was done via email and text. I could have easily missed the txt if I wasn't paying attention. Overall a great experience.
