DO NOT!!! I repeat, DO NOT take your car for service here. I'm very unsatisfied and had the worst experience ever with these folks. I brought my Kia vehicle to these guys with an a/c issue. They looked at it, "diagnosed" it, and gave me a quote for repair. I patiently waited for about a week, because that was as soon as they could work on it. Mind you this hot New Mexico heat is no joke and I have two little girls. They finished with the work for what they said was the "problem" with my a/c, I paid approximately $1,050 and drove away no problem. Tell me why six days later, my a/c is no longer working and so I return to this dealership for them to check out the a/c issue once again. About an hour and a half later, they tell me it's another problem and it's $3,500 to fix!!!! I was shocked as to why there's a new issue and why it's my responsibility to cover the cost. I spoke to Mr. Powers the service manager there, and also Mr. Simkins the general manager and both could not provide me with a logical explanation as to how the issue became more costly. Neither would take ownership of ordeal. All they wanted me to do was pay more money or they were gonna refund my money and we could "start over". I got my money back and had it fixed elsewhere for $60.
