Loved the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We were helped by Nermin who had the car ready for us to check out and then quickly helped us secure the price (nothing extra over MSRP), financing and wrap up the documentation. Took us just over 2 hours to wrap up the deal. As a kind gesture Nermin even delivered it at home a day later and that's amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there.

I have had a terrible experience with these people. They tell you what you want to hear. I have gotten a run around for 4 months about cancelling my gap insurance for a car traded because of there neglect and bad sales. Been getting the run around for getting all the papers they require. Got everything done and now 1 week after getting straight. They have a new law. In a week mind you, they have to send it to a bank that the account has been closed and payed in full for 3 months. They are not a good company to deal with. Unless, your gullible and listen to garbage they feed you. Marty Lofland Virginia.

Would give 0 if possible. Bought 2 cars from them but their service department sucks. Had a Wednesday appointment but picked my car up 5 days later and it was never looked at. Kept saying technician backup. The service customer reps were useless, the service manger refused to return my calls. Will never buy another KIA.

I had such a great experience buying my new Kia Niro. My sales person was Heather and she was phenomenal. She has a wealth of knowledge and so personable. She was honest and fair, and made finding my new car absolutely wonderful. I also want to acknowledge Duncan and Ramon. Answering questions and looking into things to make sure about how something worked (with everything being electronic there's a lot to learn), they couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Thank you Heather for "holding my hand" through this whole process. Great all round experience at Westgate Kia.

Absolute worst customer service ever for their Service department. Not only do they not answer their phones, nor return any phone calls, but they have the audacity to make decisions for the customer about my vehicle without even calling me! On top of that, I asked them to check the steering wheel for a clicking noise. They fixed it ….but then a over a week later we discovered they had disabled the windshield wipers! Utter and complete incompetence.

I purchased my brand new 2016 Carribean Blue Kia Soul on March 31, 2017. The first person I encountered was James Tyndall. He was attentive without being pushy and he took his time answering questions and helping me with my decision. What impressed me most about my experience was that James seemed to be more focused on making sure I had a great experience with him and with the dealership then with the sale. I felt that even if I didn't purchase that evening I would have been back because I was treated as valuable customer. Since my purchase, I have been back to the dealerships to get a few things taken care of and everyone has been helpful and kind. I appreciate feeling like I matter and this wasn't just about a sale. James has been outstanding and continues to be helpful with whatever I need as has been the case with everyone I have met. Chris in the service department was also a joy to work with when I had the I unfortunate circumstance of having a nail in my tire so soon after I got my vehicle. I was grateful it was taken care of so quickly. I look forward to my experience with this dealership!

Went in for my oil change and to have an issue with the wipers and tire pressure sensor checked out. When I bought the vehicle from here I was told I would have free oil changes and warranty coverage. Was quoted a price of $119 to check it out and afterwards was charged almost double this amount on top of an estimate that is almost $1000. What’s the point of me adding the warranty coverage (which I was told I don’t have/it wasn’t in the system) if it doesn’t cover repairs not to mention them charging me a $90 diagnostic fee not one but twice one for the wipers and one for the TPMS when I already knew and told them what the issues were so I paid you 180 bucks to tell me what I already know and still have the issues to fix. Not at all satisfied with the service experience I had. When I was given my total I was thrown off because I was quoted an amount half of that for them to check it out. I asked why that amount she said it was the diagnostic fee twice which absolutely blows me away and they all looked at me like I was stupid when I asked why I was being charged two diagnostic fees for one person to look at my car, they also never gave me an answer just stared at me. You charge me $90 to tell me what the light on my car tells me it’s beyond crazy. Even the free oil change doesn’t make up for the poor experience I had today.

20 year warrenty worthless - Unhappy

We bought this kia at Pinehurst kia because of warrenty 200, 000 mi 20 yr joke, we serviced our car, and they denied our warrenty, at 60 k mi fine print loophole, they are not honest they are liers, fraud by deception , look hard advertised long warrenty is not worth squat ! If u dont lube door hinges by them your engine warrenty is void!! Its real o yes!!

Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??
