Started out with Super Friendly Lady named Jennifer - Robert in Moore

Started out with Super Friendly Lady named Jennifer saying just give Kalidy a chance, so I did. Then my Salesman-Parker went out in the 105 temp & made short Hello Robert video so I could see Everlasting Silver, Cool color. First time in my life I did have to pay over Kia sticker, but after going back & forth with 3 other Dealers a Mgr-Jordan said what's it going to take & he Helped me Beat them ALL by at least a few hundred bucks, BOTH Friendly dudes & Thank the Lord Parker gave me a cell phone # because driving K5 home it kept warning me about lane lines & he told me how to Turn it Off....****Sabih & Corey: take them ALL 3 to eat at Cattleman's because they're the Main Reason I bought from you & ps-Finance advisor-Jason W did Not pressure on buying 4 extra items either, but I'm good up to 100K & Love my K5****

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have been waiting for 2 months on my title and they will not return my calls nor will the manager speak with me. They sent me a new paper tag (after the original 30 day tag they gave me was out) and now it is almost out and hmm still no title. Pathetic and unprofessional.

Place is a joke!! We were there two different times trying to test drive a vehicle. First time 3/17/18 they said the battery was bad in the car. Nobody wanted to put one in the vehicle so we could test drive it. Came back on 4/14/18 just to see if the vehicle was still there. It was. We went in to ask to test drive the vehicle and was told that they didn't have the keys and we couldn't test drive the vehicle because they were being audited. The sales guy Mr. Jones was trying to help us and offered to go buy a battery with his own money which I thought was pretty strange. He was not there again the second time. The dealership is very shady! What dealership wouldn't go above and beyond to get you in a car or have a battery in there service center? Shady!!!!!!

Worst dealership in the state!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They will sell cars out from under you and are rude. Would not buy anything from this place
