My first time having gone to this dealership and I do not regret it one bit! Mr.Robinson was extremely approachable, kind, and knowledgeable. He is really there to help and it shows. I was not able to get the vehicle that I wanted due to my low budget despite his great efforts but he made sure I didn't leave empty handed and actually helped me get a lower insurance rate for my current vehicle after hearing how high it was. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Incoming: Essay My experience at Bergey’s Kia of Wilkes-Barre was a step above the rest. I have purchased a good handful of cars in my life and this has to be one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had. I reached out to every dealer that I found had a ’22 Niro EX Premium incoming from Florida (where I live) all the way up the east coast. My goal? A purchase at MSRP and no funny business. Of the dealers I called there were only about three that were not doing market adjustments and Bergey’s Kia was one of them. After speaking with Rich Tokar and confirming the 0-markup and availability of the incoming Niro I quickly put a deposit down. Rich, although he wasn’t a sales associate, kept me up to date every step of the way. I will say I likely pestered him with regular checkups on the status of the car while in transit until it arrived. He was very patient with me and understood my excitement, never once showing a sign of displeasure in dealing with me. Once the car arrived I was handed to sales associate Gary Ottaviani. Gary provided me photos of the car, corresponded with me about financing, and coordinated delivery of the vehicle. I flew up about a week after and Gary was awesome enough to meet me at the airport. We exchanged pleasantries and he drove me to the dealership. On the way we discussed the 50th anniversary Thunderbird he had just purchased (and we were riding in) and other things about each other. Once we arrived at the dealership I met with Rich and we exchanged greetings and discussed the trip up. It was great to put a face to the name! I was quickly shown the vehicle I had waited months for. Gary and I discussed getting it all set up before leaving and before I knew it Angelo, the finance manager, was ready to do my paperwork. Everything was smooth as butter. There was no pressure to purchase any options however I did land on purchasing the maintenance plan for my Niro. I felt like it was reasonably priced (and to confirm it I called my local Kia dealership and asked them of the expenses to do each of the maintenance items the plan covers-- the plan offered by Angelo was only about $150 more, which over six years I considered the convenience worth it). Angelo was very professional and had me in and out within 20 minutes!! Gary met with me after and we got set up for access on the Kia Uvo app then we were good to go! I bid everyone a farewell and I was on my way! Like I said, super smooth transaction, exceedingly friendly staff, no games, just honesty and integrity. 5 stars all around, higher if I could.

Pleasant atmosphere. Dima was friendly and helpful as a salesman. However, they didn't have a Kia Sportage in stock with the equipment we wanted. (Most dealers are having difficulty with keeping their stock at reasonable levels because of the chip shortage.) I was expecting to find a Kia that was advertised online when I went there. It wasn't available, but I should have known to ask specifically for that vehicle when calling, especially since most online stock is gone by the time you get to a dealer. Perhaps Allison should have let me know that the specific vehicle I was requesting wasn't in stock, but then again, I didn't ask.

Love this place! Jim Sipala is a great guy! As are everyone I have met who works there. The service department is the reason why I give them five stars! Aaron in service is great! Explains everything thoroughly and clear and will always work with you. He goes well above and beyond in my opinion, as does the whole service team! I haven't met any of the technicians there yet, but I love the music I hear them working to! I would tell anyone who bought a Kia, whether from Jim Sipala or elsewhere to take it to coatesville Kia for service! Great, hard working group of people!

Every time I call about the status, they tell me due to lack of help, they haven't looked at it, and there are 2 cars ahead of me. Apparently, they haven't looked at the two cars ahead of me for weeks. So, are they not looking at any cars? Terrible way to do business

I’ve been reaching out to all the Kia dealerships within 2 hours of me looking for a specific car. Kayla was awesome to deal with and a great help in confirming the car I’m looking for was on location! Then I was transferred to Alex for the sales process and the whole experience ended in a disappointing 30 seconds. He asked when I could come and I said I could be there the next day. Then when I asked about the price he quoted me 10K over MSRP. He said I should be getting a lot for my totaled car so he couldn’t give me a deal. Assumptions are always so helpful. I said I’m not looking to pay that much over MSRP and then he said good luck with that and hung up. Easily the rudest, cockiest, and most arrogant salesperson I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with thus far. Thanks, Alex! P.S. I reserved my K5 with a different dealership at MSRP.

I live an hour away. So I had an appointment then cancled it because the wouldn’t discuss pricing. So I was communicating with this first person and was told “someone will get back to you to help you. I heard nothing, later I did receive a text message and provided my entire situation.. no response. I even told this person they could run my credit if I could fill out a real credit app. No response, that “get prequalified” on their website is your vantage score, most banks don’t look at that. They use FICO. A dealer who has associates that won’t even respond to anything, well it makes you wonder, what would I be treated like if I attended my appointment. I even told my rep, I’d like to buy a car, but no response at all. If you can’t talk to me, how do ya buy a car? I’ve dealt with other dealers and everything can be done right on phone or even text the respond, show interest, not just blow a potential customer.
