I called and spoke to Ivan in the service department and he got me in within a week. I had my state inspection, oil change, and tire rotated and balance. They found that I needed my battery replaced and called and explained this to me. I was pick up during my lunch break as promised it was an amazing experience all the way around and Ivan was wonderful.

Dennis Eakin Kia is second to none when it comes to customer service and standing behind what they sell!!! My wife and I bought our 1st new car from Dennis Eakin Kia in 2015, it was a Sorento and we had very few issues in the 7 yrs and 195,000 miles we put on the vehicle. We had only two things come up in 7 years and both times Dennis Eakin Kia took ownership and with not cost to us they fixed them quickly and correctly. A few weeks ago I decided that it was time for my wife to have a new vehicle again so we went to Dennis Eakin Kia and yesterday we bought a new 2022 Sorento EX Turbo. We worked with LaShanda Wilson the entire time and not only was she very professional, she was also very knowledgeable. She worked with us to find what we needed and never once tried to push something on us that we did not want. While completing the contract, what is normally a boring and painful experience, Mario Sense made the most fun I have had in a while....SERIOUSLY!!! Mario made sure we were able to hit the price point we needed, while also getting us everything we needed to make this a deal what we felt totally comfortable with. We even received top dollar for our 2015, 195K mile, Sorento we traded in. My family will only buy Kia's and we will only buy them from Dennis Eakin Kia!!! We have been in the market for a Kia Telluride for a while and called many dealers in Texas to choose who to order it from. The special order took a long time but we picked up our new car with the Premier package last week and are thrilled with it! Aubrey, our sales person, was great to work with and answered any questions we had. We are happy with the deal we made on our car, as well as our trade in on our Honda Pilot, and will definitely consider purchasing from Van Griffith in the future.

I purchase a battery at Casa Kia. I thought I was buying a Kia battery, just to find out that International batteries put there sticker on it. To make things worst is that International Batteries offer 6 more month of warranty than Kia. Kia only give you a cheap 18 months. Witch most companies will offer you 3 years replacement. When I ask less than 13 hours later if I may return it the general manager said no. I never put the battery on but they did not care. This is my best advice, do not buy there batteries, This company and how it is run, is not a place that will treat you as family, in other words they do not care about your mother, sister, daughter, Etc. or do they have there best interest in mind. The Person in part did not know about the warranty and have to call someone to find out. I believe that a person that works that department should know. You can buy batteries at Wal Mart and Sam's Club for $40.00 cheaper and with 3 years replacement. To end Stay away from Casa Kia and if you have to go check other places before buying there.

I decided to visit Parkway Family Kia and YES, I traded my Benz in for a 2023 GT Stinger (off the show room floor) this car is so sweet!
