Waiting area was very comfortable. It had drinks available. Our granddaughter recommended Dutch Miller to us. Great experience from purchase to service.

Jonathon in finance gave us NO SURPRISES with the numbers .payments were even less then was quoted.what more could you ask for! I got my dream car! Drove 2 and half hours and will do it again. Highly recommended!

Installed 10 qts of oil (should have been 5 qts approx) on my 3000 mile oil change for my 2018 Subaru Legacy. Might have caused internal engine later. Only time will tell.

I always took our 2006 Sedona to Warner for regular scheduled service and they were good. Recently “one month ago” I had it checked for an oil leak. I was told it was the oil pan gasket. I said go ahead and fix it, 170+ for that. I was assured that’s what the issue was. It’s still leaking oil, I took it back. They pulled it in the service bay and in less than 10 minutes pulled it back out and said it needed 1100 worth of repairs. I couldn’t even get the 170 back that they stole from me. I’ll never return to this dealership for anything and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. WARNER KIA OF PARKERSBURG, WV are dirty scammers playing the old bait and switch game. They’ve lost me as a customer forever.

I actually really enjoyed the store, however I wanted a used vehicle, not a new one. And the sales staff kept pushing me to buy a used one. My old car (1999 Chevy Malibu) was on its last leg, so my husband and I decided a trade in was the best answer. It smoked all the semis out on the interstate from our house in Ohio to the dealership. They gave us top dollar for it, and actually found us a used Kia sorento, 2011 they just took in on trade the day before. I'm a nurse, so I needed a 4wd or Awd vehicle. They actually took $1000 off of the Kia to get it in the rate we needed. The car is amazing, I love driving it. The customer service ended up being fantastic, even after the first aggravation of them wanting us to take a new vehicle. They handled everything in the process. And because we bought the Kia right after they took it in, it had not yet gone through safety check it cleaning, but they let us take it anyway. As soon as we got it home I took it to my mechanic for a thorough systems check and best detailing package. The vehicle is in perfect condition and I could not be happier. Every once in a while someone is going to have problems. People are human after all. But our experience was completely positive and a huge blessing.

Worst truck buying experience of my life. The truck I was sold was faulty and they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it. I took it back 3 times. They also quoted me a price for an extended warranty and then listed it at $ 1,000 more on the paperwork. There are a few other things I could list that were quoted at one price and then listed for a different price on the paperwork such as the payment and the payback amount. I strongly recommend you avoid this dealership. I have never written a review before for anything but this was an absolutely terrible experience that has still not been resolved.
