Jaguar Orland Park is the absolute worst dealership to purchase a car from. I have a 2020 Jaguar E Pace.My car has had the same issue for two years. The gear shift for the different driving modes shuts off after a few minutes. I have left multiple messages waiting for someone from the service department to contact me back. The service agent and manager told me their voice mail goes to a system they have no way of checking. I've left messages with the agents to have a manager return my call, but still nothing. I make a second visit to the dealership because I'm in the neighborhood. I was told the manager was in the bathroom, and to sit in the waiting area. They left me there for 30 minutes just sitting there. I knocked on thy bathroom door to let him know I was waiting. Finally talk to him and he says they changed the policy and won't give me a rental because I didn't buy the car from the Orland location. I bought it from Rockford. I reminded him the issue started 2 years ago before the policy change and asked his supervisor contact. I hear nothing again. So I make a 3rd visit. I'm told I can't have my car serviced because I walked in the men's bathroom and berated the manager which was a lie. I finally talk to the Joe Chambers after insisting he contact me. I explained my 2 year battle and he says there's nothing wrong with his service department and refused to fix my car. The sales person that gave me Joe's information said before I met him that they have several complaints and have me his card. Joe didn't acknowledge anything. His solution was denying my service to add insult to injury. If I had any idea the service dealership closest to my home was this crappy, I would have never bought my car!
