Took the 2hr drive from Delaware as was satisfied. Was told I won’t be disappointed and was not. Got there after the dealership was closed due to traffic, the price we spoke about was honored and was in and out. No extra sales pitches. One of the best experiences.

I was a customer of this dealership for the past two years while I had my Land Rover Discovery. There are not enough good things to say about the professionalism, courtesy and kindness of my service advisor, Margarito (JR) Huizar. Two years back I experienced horrendous service at the Clarksville, MD dealership and decided to give the Annapolis, MD dealership a try. This turned out to be the best decision I ever made despite it being 40 miles further for me to drive. JR's excellent service over the past two years was exceptional. He went above and beyond always to make me feel like a valued customer and to address my concerns. The Annapolis dealership has a gold star service department, a beautiful facility, friendly employees. This will definitely be the only dealership I would ever visit again for sales, service. etc!

I've bought my car in June and still no tags. I've tried to get an answer from my salesperson but keep getting the run around. I've called their corporate offices and still no answers. Going to get temporary tag number 3 tomorrow. Very frustrating process. Bigger isn't always better.
