I have a 2005 LR3. I have taken it there for the past 10 plus years. I called service Saturday to get a quote on having the coolant flushed and replaced. The lady said her computer locked up and she would give me a call back. Monday I got a call from another lady telling me that they don’t work on cars older than 10 years old due to Covid making parts so hard to get. I have never had an issue with Land Rover before. I asked her if she knew how snotty that made her sound. She was totally clueless. I can’t believe Rick condones this.

Purchased a windshield they verified that they had in stock 5 weeks ago. The parts manager, ‘K’, ignored almost all communication. As of today, I am finding out they don’t even have the windshield. TERRIBLE communication and customer service.
