I was sold 2 keyfobs because I had to update the wireless module on my used Range Rover sport. 1 keyfob failed after just 15 months and was outside of the one year warranty by 3 months. Dealership would not work with me at all and would not offer any discounts on a replacement. This place seems like a profit center and not a place that actually cares about you. I guess I need to budget $600 a year to keep buying keyfobs from them? JLR corporate didn’t do anything either. This is just not a good value, at least for the service department.

This is not a luxury vehicle experience. One year old Defender with engine overheating. No loaners, no urgent service available, car sat for a week. The service department never answers the phone or updates you on progress (or lack thereof). If you want the hassle of a pretty car with reliability issues, check around for a dealership that is adequately staffed in their service department. It is not in Solon.

I’ve bought two cars from Montrose Volvo. Originally bought an XC40 new. I was rear ended and needed a new car and after my accident, I knew a Volvo was the best, safest, most reliable vehicle. I worked with Amanda when getting a new Volvo and she was able to get me another XC40 and she got me a great deal. She is such a wonderful person and I couldn’t imagine buying a car from anyone else. I love the people at Montrose Volvo. The service people are always a pleasure to work with. I always deal with Audrey and she is a great person to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Montrose Volvo has the most courteous staff.

Compromise achieved - Irish Charlie

I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.
