I just received my 2020 Jaguar I-Pace. I bought the car without seeing it first and was not disappointed. The car looks new and was detailed. The salesman (Victor) was a great guy to work with. He did everything I asked for and I texted him a lot. He always returned my texts and calls. He made the transaction wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and ask for Victor. The staff will go above and beyond to guarantee the happiness of their customers. Zach in parts/service was extremely helpful is dealing with my specific needs and made sure I was content with the final resolve. It’s nice to know that there are still establishments and staff that care so much about creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. If you have some time to stop in and browse, there’s a unique selection of Land Rovers in the showroom and the sales team will be more than happy to show what’s the latest and greatest! The entire process, not ideal these days because of the general shortage of cars and semiconductors right now, was seamless, transparent, and honest, thanks to our great salesperson, Michael Johns. MJ found me a highly sought-after model, and still managed to give me a better price than I had seen anywhere. More so, he did this all over text message, which is such a good way to buy a vehicle. MJ has everything arranged, and I just showed up to quickly sign and pay, and off I drove! MJ even arranged transportation from Philadelphia to the dealership. Truly above and beyond.
