I purchased my car in 2010. Until this year, the service has been incredible. I'v recommended this dealership to my friends because of the incredible service. When there was just a small issue that I thought need attention, they did it, often without a charge. I trusted that I would not be charged for things that my car did not need. Always courteous. Fast forward to 2022. I brought it in for routine maintenance and fluid check. They tried to upsell me on somethings that had already been done six months prior. My bill came to over $600.00 without being told that the charge would be this much. I always knew before then just what was to be done and the cost. I would be called prior to work needed. Not this time. I can't figure out what they did.....to cost $600.00. They left the air filter on the front seat, they did not replace the batteries for the fob, etc. Today they wanted to charge me 200 to do something that would have been the third choice. Bah, go elsewhere
