Very timely response from Monica. I was very comfortable in the waiting room and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The environment was very clean, too. I received very prompt service after the multi point inspection of the car. The lady that gave me the loaner car was very pleasant and friendly too.

Although the main showroom and service area are under significant renovation, the service is still very efficient and the temporary waiting area is sufficiently comfortable and stocked with coffee, soda, water and snacks. There is a reason I take my Toyota Tundra pickup truck to Lexus for service!
