I Have nothing but good things to say about the sales department at Germain Lexus of Dublin and their Service department. I bought my first Lexus, a 2019 NX 300 F sport in 2019. Both the sales department and service department were Wonderful! The made me feel like a queen. Last Week I purchased my second Lexus, a 2022 NX 350 fsport. Morgan Williams, my sales consultant, was Phenomenal!!! I had to wait 5-6 Months to get my SUV but he made it worth the wait. He stayed with me through the process and kept me informed as to what was happening. Even when I got discouraged he made sure I was kept in the loop. Thank you Morgan Williams for a wonderful and exciting experience. Also Thank you for your patients and understanding. You were truly wonderful! All the staff at Germain Lexus was really nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I never want to go anywhere else.

I have a 2018 LC 500. Initially I took my new purchase to Lexus of Dayton for an oil change and a break recall. The recall had recently run out for my year vehicle but Lexus went above and beyond to replace them at no cost and provided me with a loaner vehicle to reduce the stress of being without my car. Since then I’ve had 3 flat tires due to nails and screws, every time my service representative Bob has gone above and beyond to help me… he even replaced my car remote battery as a courtesy when I said my remote wasn’t working. Top notch service for our special cars!! Thank you Bob and Lexus of Dayton!!

GREAT CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! - Yates

Traveled to Toledo from Fort Wayne this weekend to check out a Lexus. Called Scott Klondik and got the lowdown on the vehicle. Was met by Scott when we arrived. He had the car cleaned and waiting for us. We took off on a test drive and was very impressed with the vehicle. We negotiated a good trade in for my vehicle and began the paperwork. Scott took the time to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car. Scott got me an owners manual and explained the Lexus buying options. We then met with Pete for the financing. Very efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. All of the staff we met were very pleasant and personable. Will definately recommend your dealership to all of my friends and family. Thanks!!
