There was a module malfunction on my 2019 Ford Explorer which required towing to Steven’s ford Lincoln early afternoon Saturday 11/19/22. Kevin Bartolo and service advisor Chrystal quickly had a service tech identify the problem as some type of sensor. A sensor was located in inventory, installed and tested by service tech Jay and within an hour we were back on the road to a grandson’s sporting event at Brown university. A competent group of people that fixed a problem in short order so a family traveling only had few minutes anxiety about a vehicle malfunction. Thank you to Steven’s ford Lincoln staff for their tenacious approach to a problem that made the day a memorable one with a slight problem.

I had a great salesman (Roger) but the sales manager (John Velezis) and business manager (Leo) refused to process my rebate for the CHEAPR program for the purchase of a PHEV. Their refusal to spend 15 minutes registering their dealership in the program cost me 700 dollars. I will not ever buy another vehicle from them again. And the great salesman left the dealership soon after.

This was 4 years ago. I bought a 2015 bronzefire metallic fusion titanium AWD. looking at the psperwork and I was supposed to get $750 "CPO Rebate first-time Ford buyer" but it was never taken off the bill. They didn't even put my license plates on for me. I had to do it in the parking lot. They gave me a 10-day day inspection sticker and had to get it inspected myself.
