First off major shoutouts to Austin Ashby (Lincoln side) and Manager Jon Zimmerman (Mazda side) for being absolutely awesome through this whole process. Note that Ed Howard Lincoln/Mazda are adjacent to one another and they share many resources. I have been to many different dealerships over the past month and have dealt with some very shady and downright disgusting business practices. Ed Howard is not about ANY of that nonsense. No hidden fees, no reconditioning fees, no finance credit BS, just the price is the price minus tax, title, tag, and their $900 dealership fee which is par for the course here in FL as far as dealer fees go. If you are in the Sarasota/Bradenton area & are tired of the BS many other dealerships pull on a regular basis, stop by Ed Howard and take a look at their inventory and deal with real no-nonsense professionals that care about their customers interactions. Solid 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great and fast process using Ford Motor Credit for financing. Jeff Rexford was my sales rep and he helped make the process easy. He had my truck pulled up to the front we test drove my New F150 returned back to the dealership and had financing completed within the hour and I took my baby home!

The service department is a joke .. I take my truck to get an oil change and a wash to be returned dirty and I ask why is because I had the wrong car wash package when before that was the right one their excuse they raised the price and didn’t had the courtesy to let me know.. Keep in mind I bought this vehicle new at this dealership and this is how we get treated.. Fast forward I take my second car also a Ford for a malfunction and I arrived the service guy is eating a bagel and I explain my issue to be to told to leave it and it’s not going to been seen for the next 2 to 3 weeks since I didn’t made an appointment.. I tell this person I can’t leave it I have to go back to work he didn’t show no empathy I’m guessing his bagel is more important .. I’ve been gone at work for 4 months I didn’t know and now I am stuck with a broken car and nothing I can do this dealership used to be customer service oriented but after this I won’t set foot near there what a shame

I have been in the car business for over 40 years. This has been by far the smoothest, hassle free, professional car buying experience I have ever done. I came in two hours before closing and was out in less than two hours. Got more money for my trade than any other dealers and got the best price for my new car that nobody could beat pricing on. Ondrea Dixon I would 110% recommend!!! She is extremely professional, treats you like family and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. She will make sure you leave happy and will do whatever it takes. If you are wanting to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle ask for Ondrea!

I have been a Lincoln owner for almost 20 years. (Navigator). Pines Lincoln had a wonderful track record with me for many years, until...... recent service issues. I really felt as if the "above and beyond" service I used to get simply disappeared. I am giving them 5 stars because they worked hard to overcome the initial poor service/treatment Plus, I hope they get back to the wonderful customer service they used to provide to their loyal Lincoln owners. (Particularly when you purchase an almost 90K vehicle from their brand for a 2nd time in 20 years)

12/02/2022 I returned to the dealership to get brakes worked on for the car. I had the privilege of working with Steven who I had to say, was outstanding. He kept me abreast of what was going on and worked with me on what needed to be done immediately, and what could be placed on hold. I appreciate it is honesty and open lines of communication. 08/2023 - I have to say when I originally made the appointment I was disappointed because my service advisor was unavailable. I was placed with another service advisor who I have to say was outstanding! Ranae’ was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and client centered. I was most impressed with how she handled my service requirements. I was originally saddened to hear that my service advisor was leaving, however, after working with Ranae’ I feel I’m an excellent hands.

Had extended warranty brought it to Coggin when it - mmunitz

Had extended warranty brought it to Coggin when it developed a clunk noise in the rear when turning in an incline or decline. It took bringing the truck back 4 times to correctly address the issue. The first diagnosis was the tech cannot recreate the noise. On the second attempt they lowered the rear axle, cleaned and lubricated the mounting point with grease. That made the noise worse..... On the third visit I sat with the service manager and he agreed to swap out the leaf springs with new using all new bolts and mounting hardware. We have driven about 500 miles since the repair was performed and the noise if finally gone!!!!!!! So glad they were able to locate and repair the issue. Glad I purchased the extended warranty, this repair alone covered the cost of the warranty.

I love the car. This is my third Lincoln. Went to look at the Caddy but came back to the Lincoln it’s a better car for the money.

Never take your vehicle to Wallace. We made that mistake because we bought our truck here and they have damaged several things on our truck. The manager called us to “try to make things right” so you say but their idea of making things right is not even making me whole on the money I have lost from their careless mechanics mistakes. We will never do business with Wallace every again and we will tell everyone we know how horrible this dealership is!
