I would stay away from this company it’s a joke , I left my F250 here and was vandalized on there lot cutting everything underneath my truck when I got a call about it I rushed to see . They said wasn’t there problems because they have waivers up stating that ?? Caused 15 k damages for what was only recalled codes why I brought in . I spoke to everyone and even the owner said it’s not there problem . They have no honor in there work or customer service we are in contact with a lawyer at this point they can not treat people this way DO NOT TAKE THEM ANYTHING !!!

I am a long time customer. Experiences have been kinda like the "Dow Jones". My fix for this is to go to the same service rep for all services. My go to (Jasmine Clemmons) was not in this time. After a week of no communication on what was going on with my vehicle was an issue. Once that was resolved I and I understood what was going on I was completely satisfied. I appreciated the feedback and the online payment system.

Pretty bad experience overall. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen from them and live in a different state. They tried to charge ADVT even though I told them a thousand times the vehicle wouldn’t be registered in GA. They finally removed it after I called the state of GA myself. Once terms were finally negotiated, I set a time ato pick it up. They called me a few hours before I was supposed to drive 5 hours to get it to tell me there was a recall and it couldn’t leave. A few days later the salesman was supposed to meet me halfway to deliver my vehicle. I got there and he was a no show. Finally got a call from the manager who said he would write me a check for $500 if I came to pick up at the dealership. I went, finalized paperwork in a hurry and had to rush out to beat a hailstorm. Never saw the manager, never got a check. They also used my ford points for prepaid service without my knowledge and refuse to refund me. When I finally saw the truck dry and washed it myself (because they delivered with multiple stickers on the windows, windshield, bumpers, etc…) I found multiple scratches. For an 80k vehicle, I really expected better.

Engine had a O2 sensor code, took it in and had 90k mile service. They damaged catalytic converter and had to replace it and initially wanted me to pay for it but I convinced them to cover it. It only took 6 weeks to fix it! 6 WEEKS! Got it back and I was replacing the brake pads and noticed the engine cover was missing (skid plate) and they said they don't have it. I guess the parts bandit snuck up and took it when I wasn't looking. I guess they don't call them stealerships for nothing.

SALES DEPARTMENT: We LOVE our Lincoln Nautilus. We were greeted by Nelson Rivero. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy and gave us time to really look the car over before making a decision. Since we do not live in Gainesville, Nelson allowed us to text him back and forth with pictures of the vehicle we wanted to trade and worked with the general manager to give us a fair price. Many car buying experiences feel as if the dealership does not care, but this is not the case here. Russ (financal manager) went above and beyond to find all of the rebates in which we qualified and to efficiently complete the paperwork in a short amount of time. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The one thing that was done to make me feel more of a friend than just a costumer was when Marlies gave my dog some water while my family and I were looking at prices and going over them. Tim helped us save money and made sure we were comfortable with the price, alongside Doug as well and I'm beyond grateful for Doug and his amazing patience as well as him and someone else (I can't remember his name) helping me get the best value on my car.
