Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! Sean even took time to talk to us about our experience dropping our kid off at college… really genuine folks at Kunes Sterling. We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. I just want to shout out the amazing dealership I got my car from 3 years ago. I’ve gone to Hamblock Ford in Belvidere for all my servicing since I’ve gotten my car and they’ve always gone out of their way for me and done good, honest work. Yesterday they really touched me with their help. My headlights recently went out after replacing them only a little over a year ago and I brought my car in to get checked. When they told me the total for fixing my headlights it was completely out of my price range because of it being right here around the holidays and still needing to get some gifts. I cried and let him know I’m sorry I can’t book this service at this time but I appreciate them checking everything for me. The service provider, Mike, gave me a call back letting me know they’d do my service free of charge. My intentions were not to gain sympathy, but I just couldn’t hold back the tears when he told me the total- it was really overwhelming. This big act of kindness just saved me a lot of money and I can’t help but thank them. They are the best dealership in this area, and have continued to give me amazing service each time I’ve gone. They were even extremely honest as I first was looking for my vehicle even though I was a young girl with my grandmother shopping for a car. Whenever there is an amazing local business, especially when going out of their way, I have to recommend to everyone I know. They really saved me this Christmas season, and if anyone is looking for a car, I highly recommend Hamblock Ford in Belvidere.

Terrible service experience! We brought our 2020 F-150 in for repair and was told they needed the vehicle another day. Then the folowing day they asked to keep it another day to do a factory recall, which had already been done by another service center. That night we realized our vehicle's Fordpass was showing the truck in a different town 30 miles away! It was reported stolen and the police towed it. Manning Ford allowed an employee to take the vehicle home without permission from us. It had been parked on a street outside a trailer park! We would never recommend this dealership.
